Full-Time HR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description
An HR Operations Manager position is open at our multinational client who is planning to establish a Shared Service Centre in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who would like to shape a continuously growing company’s future.
As an HR Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include the followings:
– Responsible for setting up the centre from an operational and HR point of view
– Responsible for any kind of client-related tasks in order to achieve high client satisfaction
– Responsible for service delivery and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), making sure that the SLAs are achieved within contracted budget and schedules
– Being the main contact of the external client
– Responsible of managing employees delivering the client service, including their availability and development
– Maintain awareness of plans and outlooks, contracted service levels
– Responsible for recruitment processes, performance management
– Manage employee relations, employee engagement, retention
– Ensure the development of staff and the provision and maintenance of adequate skills and training plans
– Deal with compensation, professional development, maintaining talent pipeline
To be considered as an ideal candidate for this role, you will need to have a university or college degree in Business studies as well as at least 8-10 years relevant experience at a Shared Service Centre. The ideal candidate worked before as an Operations Manager and has experience as an HR manager, as well. It is also important to have strong analytical skills along with outstanding communication skills. Fluency in English is also crucial, as well as to have an innovative and flexible personality.
