Job Description
German speaker HR Support Representative position is open at one of our multinational partner, who has a great impact on the IT outsourcing and strategic consulting market in Hungary. To their future colleague our partner offers an outstanding salary and compensation package and the chance to work in a dynamic international team.
In their Budapest office the HR Support Representative will be the first point of contact in various queries requested by HR, keeping contact between the European employees and the internal HR team. Moreover the successful candidate will be responsible for providing multilingual support for HR Processes: benefit administration, Payroll and HR activities; as well creating various HR-related reports and interacting with vendors and associates.
Requirements:
-College / University degree
-Fluent English and German language knowledge
-Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience
-Multi-tasking ability
-Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excel and Word
-Excellent communication and organization skills
