Full-Time HR/Training coordinator
Job Description
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support HR Director and Training Manager in daily operation of HR/Training
- Co-ordinate the interview process with candidates for prospective Line Staff positions
- Lead Site inspections for schools, colleges, and universities
- Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures
- Manage performance management system and cycle of recruitment, induction, training, development, and succession and ensure process is adhered to for other positions
- Assist line managers in the recruitment, induction, training, development, and succession planning
- Maintenance of employee files
- Manage internal communication tasks, organize staff events
- Works with Training Manager such as:
- First Aid Courses, Health & Safety courses
- Issue invitations to attend internal programs
- Maintain records of training attendance
- Implement Orientation
- Promote and facilitate cross training, job rotation, and multi skilling requirements
- College/University degree in economics
- Relevant HR/Training work experiences (or studies in the same area)
- Hotel/Tourism industry background is an advantage
- Young, dynamic and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent English language knowledge oral and written
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Excellent computer knowledge, openness to learn computer programs like e.g. photoshop
- Precise, reliable and able to work quickly
