This is a remote, home-based position.

Scopic Software (www.scopicsoftware.com) is seeking intelligent, hard-working, passionate HTML / CSS / JavaScript developer who wants to do interesting work. Scopic Software is US-based company with employees in more than 10 different countries. The company develops graphics, multimedia and image processing/analysis software for the desktop, web and mobile platforms. Engineers work from the comfort of their home using a PC and internet connection. Work is interesting and challenging.

 

Skills required:

• Good English reading and writing skills. Ideally good verbal English skills.
• Strong HTML5 / CSS skills.
• Strong Javascript skills including Javascript frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, Backbone.js, knockoutjs, node.js).
• Experience with backend programming (PHP, ASP.NET, SQL) is a plus.
• 1+ years experience in software development.
• Dedication and discipline to work remotely from home.
• Good home computer and internet connection.

 

We prefer full-time candidates, but part-time candidates may be also considered.

 

Hourly range – 6$-12$/hour depends on experience and skills.
