Full-Time Hungarian Research & Data Entry Specialist 40 hrs P/W
Job Description
A notable internet company, based in the San Francisco Bay Area currently needs a Hungarian Bilingual Data Specialist. You will be enhancing the data in a large database of international topics. Your focus will be on topics related to Indonesianlanguage and culture. You will use a variety of tools to analyze, normalize, and enter data into the database, in addition to performing quality assurance and word-level Hungarian to English and English to Hungarian translation.
This is a full-time position. We need candidates who can commit to 40 hours/week availability. The selection and screening process requires potential candidates to undergo a series of online evaluations to gauge their fit for the position. Upon successful completion of the evaluation exercises and interviews with us, an offer will be made at a competitive rate.
As a Bilingual Data Specialist your responsibilities are:
Enhance information in the database with additional normalized information
Analyze multiple information sources to resolve factual discrepancies
Engage in online discussion with colleagues on best practices
Ensure quality of data in the database
Educational Requirements:
BS or equivalent. In lieu of a degree, 4 years of experience working with English in a business environment
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent in Hungarian
Highly proficient in reading and writing English
Proficient in English to Hungarian and Hungarian to English translation at the word level
2 years of relevant experience in business or translation in Hungarian and English
Preferred Qualifications:
BS Computer Science or in technical field
Advanced internet research skills
Quick learner with creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
