Essential Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing advice and information about Healthcare products and services
• Promote the client’s products and services for business partners via phone
• Detect new purchasing projects over the phone with both new and existing customers
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, also by following-up on the generated leads/opportunities on a regular basis
• Follow-up sales opportunities and support the field work of sales managers
• Follow script and provide marketing information for the business clients
• Register all relevant information captured during customer interactions
• Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes
• Coordinate and follow-up telemarketing campaigns
• Handle customers’ requests, and provide them with the necessary support
• Conduct at least 30 contacts in telemarketing activity on a weekly basis
• Manage our CRM tool by registering all relevant information captured during customer interactions
• Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company
