Full-Time Inside Sales Specialist – Dutch
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing advice and information about Healthcare products and services
- Promote the client’s products and services for business partners via phone
- Detect new purchasing projects over the phone with both new and existing customers
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, also by following-up on the generated leads/opportunities on a regular basis
- Follow-up sales opportunities and support the field work of sales managers
- Follow script and provide marketing information for the business clients
- Register all relevant information captured during customer interactions
- Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes
- Coordinate and follow-up telemarketing campaigns
- Handle customers’ requests, and provide them with the necessary support
- Conduct at least 30 contacts in telemarketing activity on a weekly basis
- Manage our CRM tool by registering all relevant information captured during customer interactions
- Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company

Qualifications/Requirements
- Advanced level of the Dutch and English skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, customer-focused approach
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers
- Creative and innovative personality
- Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles
- Ability to work in a team or individually if required
- Sales mindset
- Customer service attitude
- Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
- Fresh graduates are more than welcome
- Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.
