Our team:
The Inside Sales team provides marketing solutions to Healthcare businesses, covering Europe and EAGM regions.
Responsibilities:
Perform as a key contact person with local (France-Benelux) sales managers, giving support in marketing activities
Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing advice and information about Healthcare products and services
Coordinate and follow-up telemarketing campaigns
Follow script and provide marketing information for the business clients – hospitals, medical centers, etc
Administration, database usage
Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company
Qualifications/Requirements:
Advanced level of French and English skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service, customer-focused approach
Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers Creative and innovative personality
Ability to work in a team or individually if required
Proficient IT skills
