Full-Time Inside Sales Specialist
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing advice and information about Healthcare products and services
Promote the client’s products and services for business partners via phone
Detect new purchasing projects over the phone with both new and existing customers
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, also by following-up on the generated leads/opportunities on a regular basis
Follow-up sales opportunities and support the field work of sales managers
Follow script and provide marketing information for the business clients
Register all relevant information captured during customer interactions
Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes
Coordinate and follow-up telemarketing campaigns
Handle customers’ requests, and provide them with the necessary support
Conduct at least 30 contacts in telemarketing activity on a weekly basis
Manage our CRM tool by registering all relevant information captured during customer interactions
Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company
Qualifications/Requirements
Advanced level of the Dutch and English skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service, customer-focused approach
Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers
Creative and innovative personality
Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles
Ability to work in a team or individually if required
Sales mindset
Customer service attitude
Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
Fresh graduates are more than welcome
