As a member of our team, you will join our projects in a variety of regions (from Asia to Latin America, Europe or the EMEA region). You will spend on average 3-5 months in a country to prepare the editorial and sell advertisement to decision makers from private companies and government in one of the 20 exclusive reports we publish every year in the world’s most prestigious industry magazines.
IMPORTANT: While our headquarters are in London, UK, this position includes NO FIXED PLACE of business. This is not an office job, and candidates must be ready to travel 11 months a year.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Compiling market intelligence on companies, senior executives, government regulators, and other principal stakeholders within the report’s target industry
• Monitoring global and local market developments and researching company histories and financials to generate executive level interview content
• Conducting insightful one-on-one interviews with senior corporate executives, government ministers, and association heads on organizational strategy, market positioning, and industry trends
• Transcribing interviews to ensure quality and accuracy
• Generating and executing creative sales strategies that convince executives of the value of advertising
• Authoring a final report for publication in globally distributed executive level trade journals
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE
• University degree – Master’s preferred
• Fluency in English, plus another language (preferably Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian)
• No travel restrictions
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Sound understanding of business and international affairs
• Capacity to adapt to different environments and out-of-the-box situations
• Passion for writing and learning
• Strong commercial flair
• Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy
