We create cloud providers. Neostratus is a software developer and cloud services operator based in Budapest, Hungary serving telecom and IT service providers across Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. Our White Label customized business cloud services provide secure local data storage, support multi-tier reseller structures, BSS integration and flexible public, hybrid or private cloud flavors. We build and operate the service platforms with SaaS and IaaS workloads in our local and in our partner’s remote datacenters on physical or virtual server infrastructure. Our Cloud Services Manager software is providing marketplace, administration and integration capabilities with modular technical provisioning interfaces for locally hosted or remote services. We operate an ISO27001 certified ISMS and work with key technology partners like Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, VMware and others.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic colleague into our partner support team with good communication skills and basic IT experience.

Our support team provides second level expert support via web based ticketing, email and emergency phone for our international partner base, who are telecom operators, IT service providers or large Enterprises and we provide cloud services and/or service platforms for them.

Primary task is to communicate, identify case severity, reproduce issues, solve or escalate incidents, announce maintenance, update and extend documentation, cooperate with IT engineers and developers.

In additional, future colleague is going to be assisting the CEO with the payment related and other ad hoc tasks, administering the incoming/outgoing payment, creating and sorting the customer invoices and also taking care of the vendor invoices collaborating with the Accounting Department.

This position does not require strong IT engineering experience, it requires professional written communication in English and in Hungarian as well, willingness to quickly learn and adopt, handle difficult situations and people. Experience in Finance or Cash Collection is preferable.

Our office is in Budapest, Hungary (II. district, close to Mechwart liget and Batthyany ter), working hours are flexible within extended business hours (9am to 5pm) with support of occasional home office remote work. We are encouraging self-study and training on new technologies.

  • Perfect communication skills in a professional environment
  • Basic IT skills with willingness to learn diagnostic and troubleshooting methods
  • Financial/invoicing/cash collection experience
  • Must be a team player both within the team and when interfacing with other teams, especially developers and partner technical teams
  • Should be open minded with continuous knowledge sharing
  • Enjoy working in a multi-national, diverse company with strong customer focus
  • English language written and spoken is a must
  • Native Hungarian language is a strong advantage, but not a strict requirement
