Job Description
Scope
Managing international stakeholder networks and representing MOL Group position internationally on public and energy policy issues of company interest.
Liaising with MOL Group businesses and functional units for coordinating Group work on policy issues with international dimension.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Building and maintaining international stakeholder networks and representing MOL Group position on international public and energy policy issues.
- Proposing and drafting company position on international public and energy policy issues where formulating and disseminating such position is needed.
- Liaising with flagships, as well as business and functional units to coordinate work on international energy policy issues, including on background and presentation materials prepared for Group top management.
- Following the political and economic developments in key countries of MOL Group interest and creating and regularly updating country risk reports, including through liaising with MOL Group country offices.
- Taking part and representing MOL Group at expert level in international meetings.
Desired Skills and Experience
- University degree
- At least 9 years’ work experience in an International Relations or International Economics field; min. 3 years’ international experience is an advantage.
- Firm knowledge of international relations, including the European Union
- Good interpersonal and social skills; affinity to building stakeholder networks
- Good working knowledge of international organizations and government structures
- Prior knowledge of the oil & gas industry is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Fluent English; fluency in another language (preferably Russian, Arabic, French, German or Croatian) is an advantage
- High-level knowledge of MS Office
