REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of iOS and Android app development (front-end & back-end)
- S./M.S. in Computer Science
- Excellent experience in Objective-C, Swift, and Java with extensive knowledge of the latest iOS and Android SDKs.
- Excellent experience of relational DBMS and SQL
- Excellent experience in Python development (with the Django framework)
- Excellent experience creating RESTful APIs.
- Strong experience in front-end web development using JS libraries (BackboneJS, AngularJS, EmberJS)
- Strong experience of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax
- Strong experience in writing Espresso and unit tests;
- Good experience with version control systems (preferably git)
- Familiarity with Gradle and Jenkins;
- Demonstrated success in programming and launching mobile apps on iTunes & Google Play stores
- Fluent in English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improve our existing and develop new mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
- Quickly prototype new ideas for market and user evaluation.
- Develop and continuously improve/optimize user-facing features
- Development of server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimization of the applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Database creation, integration, and management
- Creation of APIs
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices
