IT Administrator/ IT Help Desk
Task(s):
- A high knowledge and good skills in dealing with Windows operation systems (Windows 7)
- Advanced knowledge of PC hardware and configuration
- Skills in operation, set up and installation of office equipment (including VoIP phones, printers and scanner)
- Knowledge of networking systems (experience in using physical tools e.g. crimping tool for Internet cable)
- Knowledge of the basic principles of switches and routers operation
- Stress resistance and ability to work in a team
Requirement(s):
- Technical support for in-office users
- Full setup and connection of the computers (PC), proper and overall installation of the required programmes and technical equipment
- Diagnosing, analysing and solving any technical issues/questions
- Searching, ordering and purchasing office/technological equipment
- Communication with Internet providers in case of service interruption or any other technical issues
- Working under the Remote Management
- Career growth in the company
Other:
- Experience as an IT System Administrator or IT Help Desk of at least 2 years is an advantage
- Server administration based on Microsoft OS (Windows Server 2008R2)
- Setting and administration of Linux-like OS
- Knowledge of administration VMware vSphere
- Knowledge of English is a must
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage, but not essential
