Job Description

IT Administrator/ IT Help Desk

Task(s):

  • A high knowledge and good skills in dealing with Windows operation systems (Windows 7)
  • Advanced knowledge of PC hardware and configuration
  • Skills in operation, set up and installation of office equipment (including VoIP phones, printers and scanner)
  • Knowledge of networking systems (experience in using physical tools e.g. crimping tool for Internet cable)
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of switches and routers operation
  • Stress resistance and ability to work in a team

Requirement(s):

  • Technical support for in-office users
  • Full setup and connection of the computers (PC), proper and overall installation of the required programmes and technical equipment
  • Diagnosing, analysing and solving any technical issues/questions
  • Searching, ordering and purchasing office/technological equipment
  • Communication with Internet providers in case of service interruption or any other technical issues
  • Working under the Remote Management
  • Career growth in the company

Other:

  • Experience as an IT System Administrator or IT Help Desk of at least 2 years is an advantage
  • Server administration based on Microsoft OS (Windows Server 2008R2)
  • Setting and administration of Linux-like OS
  • Knowledge of administration VMware vSphere
  • Knowledge of English is a must
  • Knowledge of Russian is an advantage, but not essential
