One of our multinational partners is currently looking for IT Business Analysts to build up a new team responsible for the company’s ERP system. As it is a unique system, no specific ERP related experience in needed to fulfill the position, but solid knowledge of one of the following fields business- and IT-wise is a must: marketing, finance procurement. As IT Business Analyst, you will be dedicated to, and in such way become expert of one modules of the company’s ERP system. As first project, you will take part in the implementation of the system: gathering and analyzing business needs, and communicating them to the IT team will be your main tasks. As the implementation will be continuously forming based on your daily job, it is important that you understand business requirements correctly and can deliver them properly. Later on, you will remain having responsibilities connected to the ERP system – new projects (such as updates, configuration, changes) and general maintaining tasks will be ahead of you.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
- 1-2 years of work experience related to marketing, finance or procurement modules of an ERP system;
- fluent English knowledge;
- interest in project management;
- excellent communicational and analytical skills.
