Full-Time IT Customer Service Analyst with German language (Budapest)
An IT Customer Service Analyst with German Language job is open at our multinational partner, who is a production a company and has a Shared Service Center in Budapest downtown.

As an IT Customer Service Analyst you will be responsible for providing IT support to variety of users, and being the first point of contact for the internal customers. You will follow up incidents in connection with Microsoft software, password reset and other upcoming issues related to the IT infrastructure. Your job will be resolving queries in line with the set SLAs, or forwarding issues to the second level where further support is needed. Your job will contain collecting queue-monitoring information and creating reports helping to improve the department’s performance. You will also follow up whether incidents have been solved, ensuring the customers satisfaction while communicating with internal stakeholders via phone and email.
In order to successfully apply for the IT Customer Service Analyst position you need to have fluent knowledge of English and German, 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, computer literacy and user knowledge of Microsoft programs. Excellent communication skills, customer oriented attitude, patience and supportiveness is also required.
