Job Description
Our partner is a worldwide known, multinational company, with a youthful team. They support their international partners all over the World with IT services, outsourcing and business solutions.
To their Budapest office, we are currently seeking for:
English and French/Italian/German/Finnish/Norwegian speaker IT Helpdesk Agents
Responsibilities:
– Satisfy our partner’s European Customers needs
– Assist foreigner customers in PC problems over the phone, through e-mails and web interface
– Follow up on existing tickets and escalate cases to relevant support groups
– Help them with step-by-step instructions
– Log all calls in the Helpdesk tracking database.
Main expectation towards the IT Helpdesk Agents:
– Fluent English AND fluent French/Italian/German/Finnish/Norwegian language knowledge
– Customer oriented personality
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Good knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
– Prior experience in IT/Service Desk/Helpdesk fields is an advantage
– Strong work ethic
– Willingness to learn, develop yourself and be proactive
