IT Helpdesk Analyst with French/ Italian knowledge jobs are open at our multinational partner, who has a newly established Service Desk in Budapest downtown. They provide IT infrastructure and full scale of IT solutions to their B2B clients all around the world.

As an IT Support Agent you will be responsible for providing IT support to variety of users in French or Italian language, and being the first point of contact for the customers. You will follow up incidents in connection with Microsoft software, password reset and other upcoming issues related to the IT infrastructure. Your job will be resolving queries in line with the set expectations, or forwarding issues to the second level where further support is needed. Your job will contain creating reports in order to improve the department’s performance. You will also follow up whether the incidents have been solved, ensuring the customers satisfaction while communicating with both external and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
In order to successfully apply for the IT Support Agent position you need to have fluent knowledge of English and French or Italian, as well as computer literacy and user knowledge of Microsoft programs. Excellent communication skills, customer oriented attitude, patience and supportiveness is also required. You also need to be able work in rolling shifts between 7.00 and 19.00 from Monday to Friday.
