IT Helpdesk Analyst with Turkish language (part time) job is open at our multinational partner, who has a newly established Shared Service Center in Budapest downtown. They provide IT infrastructure and full scale of IT solutions to their B2B clients all around the world.

As an IT Helpdesk Analyst you will be responsible for providing IT support to variety of users via phone and email, and being the first point of contact for the customers. You will follow up incidents in connection with Microsoft software, password reset and other upcoming issues related to the IT infrastructure. Your job will be resolving queries in line with the set SLAs, or forwarding issues to the second level team where further support is needed. Your job will contain collecting queue-monitoring information and creating reports helping to improve the department’s performance. You will also follow up whether incidents have been solved, ensuring the customers’ satisfaction while communicating with both external and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
In order to successfully apply for the IT Helpdesk Analyst position you need to have a college or university degree, fluent knowledge of English and Turkish, computer literacy and user knowledge of Microsoft programs. Excellent communication skills, customer oriented attitude, patience and supportiveness is also required. You also need to be able to work in rolling shifts between 7.00 and 13.00 from Monday to Friday (4-6 hours/day).
