Job Description:
- IT Service Desk or relevant IT experience: at least 1 year
- Extended PC Support, with good knowledge of desktop PC components
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Good command and understanding on ticketing tools and processes
- Understanding of basic network configuration principles
- Escalation handling
- Managing additional administrative tasks assigned by manager
- ITIL awareness
- Analytical & Reasoning & Email etiquettes skills
- Excellent Communication Skills – Written & Verbal
- Team Player & Good Interpersonal Skills including Self-motivation
- Adherence to Process, Policy & Procedures
- Meeting and exceeding client SLA
- Working in shifts in 24x7x365 operation Good to have
- IT Service Desk or relevant IT experience: 2-3 years
- Experience in supporting Starbucks, Subway, Burger King
- Advanced network configuration skills
- Knowledge of backend (Inventory) system like ESS (Employee Scheduling System)
- Database configuration knowledge
- Concepts of CISCO CCNA
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification
- Project activity coordination skills
- Exceeding call quality and efficiency standards
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Language: English (MUST), French (Good to Have) and German (Mandatory)
