As our IT Manager you will provide IT leadership within our manufacturing facility in Gyor. Your mission is to become a valued strategic partner for our customers and business leaders delivering innovative, agile, robust and cost effective information technology services and solutions. You will also ensure compliance to defined corporate governance standards.

You are responsible to ensure

• that all systems are monitored and maintained to guarantee the integrity and security of company data.
• maintenance and upkeep of networking infrastructure.
• maximum availability of all computer systems, including hardware, networks, IT security and telecommunications.
• compliance to ITPM and Sarbanes Oxley requirements for IT systems and operations.
• that all corporate standards are adhered to and all corporate requirements are delivered satisfactorily and on time.

You will

• be working with  the Senior Management Team and Group IT to propose, agree and deliver defined IT strategy and service
• be managing all aspects of personnel management such as performance evaluations, training requirements, shift cover, holidays, out of hour’s support, and organise site staff rotation.
• ensure that documentation and procedures are maintained and improved to enable smooth operations, sustain a knowledge base, self-reliance and an accruable history database.
• be responsible for IT expenditure, procurement and budgetary control.
• be responsible for managing all contracts and support agreements.
