Full-Time IT Service Coordinator
Job Description
- Location: Budapest
- Coordinating efforts between global team and local resources (either SD engineers, or 3rd party vendors) to ensure IT related issues resolved in time and within user’s expectations;
- Manager 3rd party local service providers that are responsible for infrastructure support & Services;
- When needed support the purchasing of mobile devices and IT consumables;
- Proactively monitor & review current infrastructure services and propose solution to increase service level and user experience
- Work in close cooperation with global Infrastructure & User Experience team to be aligned on overall strategy and delivery of services.
- Be an escalation point for user complains and issues for the region
- When required assist Service Desk or act as SD engineer on issues that requires immediate attention or when working with VIP person;
- Manage queue of purchase requests related to IT and establish governance rules for purchasing which is aligned with global and affiliate plans
- Coordinate the stock inventory (both fixed assets and consumables) and work with global IT asset management team & local Purchasing department on fixed assets (laptops) purchasing;
Qualifications and Education Requirements
2-5 years IT background is mandatory. Service Desk/Delivery experience is favorable.
Excellent knowledge of MS Windows 7 and 10 (ability to troubleshoot desktop related issues and understand the logic behind IT systems)
Experience of matrix management would be a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (fluent in local language and English)
