Full-Time IT Site Support Specialist
Job Description

Tasks:
- Supporting infrastructure and services related daily technical activities;
- Managing IT assets, and supporting users;
- Contributing to IT Suppliers’ day-to-day operations for both global and local service
- contractors
- Performing technical tasks for the above locations;
- Providing field support for users and components of the company’s online computer environment;
- Maintain documentation of communications architecture of the Hungarian office;
- In charge of contributing to IT Asset tracking and physical handling
- Providing administration of user requests (ITSRC requests in complex cases);
- Performing asset management activities.
Requirements:
- University/College degree, specialization in IT or computer science or computer programming;
- At least 2-3 years professional background in IT infrastructure/system administration or application and user support;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- MS Office advanced level and W2008 Server administration;
- Data and network security fundamentals;
- LAN/WAN networking and Internet essentials;
- Communication Systems essential (Telephony, VoIP);
- Overview of at least one programming language;
- Familiarity with ITIL.
