Key Points: 3 to 6 yrs experienced resource worked on production support issues and ticket management with knowledge of IDM services and Active Directory support. Should be able to communicate and coordinate fluently; Local and German written and spoken needed.

4. IT Software Support(SAP, Citrix etc..)

6. Access Support
7. VPN related issues

Operations/Daily Work:

1. Basically into IT Support issues (Software, Access, Installation etc..)
2. Coordination with customer and offshore team.
