Full-Time IT Support Technician

EXCIS is a Global IT Company. We provide IT solution worldwide to our clients’ sites. Now we are hiring one IT Support Technician in Budapest
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced Knowledge of computer, printer and LAN Equipment
- Deep technical IT knowledge
- 4+ years of experience in customer service delivery
- Local language and basic English knowledge
- Customer facing and able to deal with a broad spectrum of people from both within the technical and managerial side of the business.
- Demonstrate IT expertise, project and relationship management skills to deliver IT systems strategy in support of business strategy.
- Demonstrate technical competency towards continued service improvements being delivered to the Customer.
- Previous experience in support of manufacturing clients, servers, printers and LAN equipment preferable.
- Main Activities:
- Server, Clients/peripherals and advanced support for MS Office
- Advanced knowledge of standard applications/middleware
- On-site installation, technical Hardware expansions, service and repairs as per specification/instruction
- Hardware troubleshooting remotely assisted by the Service Desk / 3rd / 4th level line support or the hardware supplier (triage as required)
- Removal and data deletion as per specification
- Installation of new, addition of, change to or move of hardware (laptop & desktop, servers and LAN equipment) and connection of that hardware onto the customer network
- Patching of a network cable in the network panel as per instruction
- Compliance with onsite health and safety requirements.
