Job Description of the Customer Service Team Leader:

 

The Team Leader will be in charge of coordinating a team of 8-10 agents and track record of there performance in providing support to customers. This will be done through KPI tracking and management reports. He/She will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers through the phone, e-mails and chat. Train and coach new starters through-out their probation period, and run monthly one to one coaching sessions and appraisals with team members. The team leader will have the opportunity to lase with other stakeholders including suppliers, carriers, vendors and managers to establish an effective strategy which raises customer satisfaction.

 

What do you need to:

 

In order to apply for the role the candidate must have at least 3 years of Customer Service experience preferably in a Shared Service Centre.  The Customer Service Team Leader will need to have a minimum of 2 years people management experience with proven track record of performance improvement.  Fluent Italian and English are necessary requirements since the Team Leader will manage quires from Italian and English speaking countries. Good communication skills and a charismatic personality is one of the biggest asset.
