Full-Time ITALIAN OR SPANISH CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are currently looking for Italian or Spanish speaker candidates to customer service roles. The positions are open at a shared service centre in Budapest, operated by a multinational partner of ours. As the centre has been recently established, the new colleagues will be able to join freshly built up teams and work on process implementation. Besides this, the company offers competitive salary.
As Italian or Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative, your main tasks will be handlingincoming phone calls and e-mails of native speaking customers, providing them with information (e.g. on products, delivery, service, guarantee) and resolving their issues. During your work, you will mainly use your Italian or Spanish language knowledge, but – as you will occasionally have to help your colleagues – you will be able to practice your English skills, too. Besides, this is the official language of communication within the company.
The main requirements of the Italian or Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative role are:
- fluent English and Italian / Spanish language knowledge;
- university and / or college degree;
- customer oriented attitudes;
- outstanding communicational skills;
- experience in customer facing role.
