ITALIAN Speaking Customer Service Representative (VI. kerület)
IT Customer Specialist – IT support via phone and email
General Work Discription:
As an IT Customer Specialist you will:
o Provide technical support over the telephone and via e-mail to clients
o Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct technical faults
o Be responsible to either solve the calls yourself, or assign and follow up calls until client functionality has been restored
o Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues
We are seeking applicants who are
o Native or close to native in Italian
o Fluent in English
o Customer-focused, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills
o Have stable general IT knowledge, are familiar with Windows XP and Windows 7
