Full-Time Junior Administration/Accounting Executive

Job Description
For an eager candidate we are willing to provide as much responsibility as he/she is ready to handle in order to grow personally and professionally. Some of the duties and responsibilities will include:
entering data into Xero accounting software
recording and monitoring expenses, raising monthly invoices, scheduling payments
liaising with HMRC and other government bodies, submitting monthly PAYE
ensuring organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and smooth running of an office; organizing and coordinating administrative activities, office operations and procedures
opening the office each morning and answering and forwarding phone calls
organizing business travel, meetings and appointments
meeting and greeting clients and other visitors to the office
reviewing and approving supply requisitions
drafting commercial, staff, or other legal documents
liaising and negotiating with office suppliers, debtors, and creditors
assisting in government grant administration, preparing financial forecasts and submitting quarterly claims
contributing to financial planning activities
