Full-Time Junior Buyer with Dutch
Job Description

Main responsibilities:
• In charge of providing transactional procurement for the Netherlands and Germany;
• Responsible for ensuring the most efficient and accurate processing of all purchase to pay transactions;
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all purchase orders;
• Keeping contact with Procurement Operations Management, Category Managers, Accounts Payable and key stakeholders in the business units;
• Managing and developing the day-to-day business relationship with suppliers through supporting activities including ordering, communication of demand/volume/delivery time changes, issue and complaint resolution, sharing of end-user feedback, follow up on backorders;
• Serving as first point of contact for requestors and others for operational queries;
• Responsible for updating vendor, material, price and purchasing data in procurement systems;
• Providing support to implement global procurement policies, standards & processes.
Requirements:
• Bsc or Msc degree;
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Must be able to work accurately and self-reliant;
• Ability to work independently.
Advantages:
• Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering Management or related field;
• German language knowledge;
• Working knowledge with SAP;
• Experience in SSC/BSC environment;
• Experience in procurement/order processing/ P2P.
