Full-Time Junior Client Support Engineer
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious IT graduate calibre Junior Support Engineer with excellent spoken and written English to work in Budapest alongside our established Managed Service Support team in the UK and reporting to our Team Leader in Budapest. We will be conducting initial telephone interviews followed by face-to-face interviews for short-listed candidates in January/February 2019.

With offices in London and in Budapest, we are a Microsoft Silver Cloud Productivity Partner and approved Xero Developer partner. Our office in Budapest opened in August 2018 as part of our strategic plans for expansion.
You will have a strong degree in Computing or Computer Science, experience in customer service and have a confident, friendly and outgoing personality enabling you to build strong relations with our varied client base. An ability to listen carefully to their needs and then take a structured and systematic approach to problem solving is essential as is your excellent spoken and written English to document and explain your solution to other team members. You enjoy working with people, are team focused, and able to communicate at all levels. Relishing a challenge, picking up new technologies and getting the most out of them are second nature to you.
Working in tandem with our team in London to ensure that we have a seamless transition across time zones enabling us to serve our larger clients in the UK and Europe. You will excel at working within a team and have a positive attitude with customer service at the fore 100% of the time. You will be joined by our Managed Services Team Leader and our team of Developers and based in our centrally located office in Kalvin Ter. We operate 2 shift systems – the first from 07.00 – 16.00 and the second 13.00 – 22.00 hours. You should be comfortable working either of these shifts to be determined by the Managed Services Team Leader.

Microsoft Windows Server with Experience, DNS, RAS
Microsoft Windows Terminal Server
Mac OS X
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft SQL Server
Networking; eg VLAN, VPN
