Full-Time Junior Collection Manager (Budapest)
Job Description
A Junior Collection Manager role is open at our multinational partner, who is operating in the IT sector and has a newly established Shared Service Center in Budapest downtown. The aim of the position is to successfully implement and manage the collection processes in the EMEA region.

As a Collection Manager you will be responsible for leading a Collection team, and manage end-to-end collection processes in the EMEA region. You will recruit and develop the team of collection representatives, motivate them and train the newcomers. Your tasks will include participating in process transition and in process improvement while liaising with external and internal stakeholders. You will also monitor KPIs and SLAs, and continuously search for quality improvement opportunities, while reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate for this position has a university or college degree, relevant background and at least 4-5 years of experience in leading a collection team in an SSC environment. Fluent English, strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as result oriented attitude are also required.
