MACH Junior Consultant

We are currently looking for a fresh graduate (from 2013 or 2014) to join us as & global MACH program in a role of Junior Consultant. If you are challenged by this opportunity and successfully pass our assessment process, you could become a part of our Team which aims to enable business growth for our customers, by delivering Business Value with the Microsoft technology.

Responsibilities:
– Identify opportunities for providing value to customers & proactively offering to engage our services & ensuring they’re delighted with the delivery of the services
– Engage in an ongoing trust with the customer influencing their technical decisions & developing opportunities for adopting our products
– Transfer skills to customers through effective communication & service engagements
– Present a professional & compelling image of MS & its products through workshop, presentations & corporate seminars
– Remain technically competent in a broad range of MS products & technologies within area of expertise
– Help develop an environment for creativity, & where individuals & teams can take appropriate risks, using their own judgment.
Requirements:
– Must have a degree (graduated after December 2012), ideally technical oriented studies
– Technical oriented person with some knowledge in one of the following Microsoft infrastructure technologies: Active Directory, Microsoft Server, Exchange, SQL Server, System Center Suite
– Basic knowledge of ITIL or other IT management methodologies are welcome
– Could have up to 1,5 year of full-time professional experience
– Passion for technology
– Analytical problem solving skills
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Collaborative but as well able to work independently
– Fluent in English and Hungarian language
– Compliant with MS culture and values
