Our global partner, operating in IT and Online supporting business is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator into their constantly extending Shared Service Centre in Budapest. The Junior Project Coordinator will support the daily work of the Project Manager and the Business Support team within the company. You will be in charge to participate in the managing process of the IT outsourcing transition from an European country to the Budapest firm. You will have the opportunity to deal with various tasks in-connection with the operation of post- and pre-sales activities, customer accounts and finance related duties. As a Junior Project Coordinator you will report directly to a Manager in the United Kingdom.
Our partner is looking for applicants with business fluency in English besides at least upper-intermediate French or German is a must. The ideal candidate has previously worked in a relevant field or position as a Project Assistant or coordinator at a multinational company. Strong communication, organising and excel skills are required to fill the Junior Project Coordinator position.
