Lead Design Engineer Fast Track Program
Interieur Development Automotive – (technical project management)
The LDE Fast Track, a unique opportunity to join the international development team of the DRÄXLMAIER Group. The LDE Fast Track Program, which will last 24 month, and the associated learning curve prepare you to operate as technical project manager in innovative development projects within our company. For our Interieur development in Érd we are looking for graduates and young professionals who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.
Tasks:
- Development of high-quality interior components for premium cars of German and international customers
- Concept determination and planning of future interiors
- Independent application of customer requirements as well as creation and evaluation of product information
- Ensuring the manufacturability, the ability of installation, and the functionality of the interior components
- Participation in training programs to promote the professional and personal skills
Profile:
- Very well completed university degree (engineering, plastics technology, automotive engineering, production technology, etc.) OR equivalent education
- Practical experience in the area of development (internships, working student, and/or thesis)
- High technical understanding and good knowledge in design (CATIA V5, NX)
- Very good command of English and Hungarian
- Intercultural competence, ideally first experiences abroad
- Willingness to travel
- All applicants must possess the right to work in Hungary
