Level 1 French speaking IT Helpdesk Agents are needed for one of our multinational partner, who has a great impact on the IT outsourcing and strategic consulting market in Hungary.To their future colleague our partner offers an outstanding salary and compensation package and cutting edge working environment.
As an IT Helpdesk Agent you will support PC users in Europe via phone and e-mail You should deal with software and hardware related issues, giving step-by-step instructions to the customers. Moreover you should monitoring the incoming problems until they have been solved.
Requirements:
– Good computer knowledge and strong interest in IT
– Fluent French and English knowledge
– IT support experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome
– Customer orientated approach
– Willingness to work in shifts(7/24)
