* Fluent speak / write Portuguese,
* To ensure the satisfaction and continuity of the defined customer,
* To provide the follow-up, management and coordination of the services given to the customer,
* To provide information to the customer proactively,
* To give feedback to the related departments in order to increase the quality of service to the customer,
* At least 2-3 years experience in similar position,
* Can use fast keyboard,
* Communication and negotiation skills,
* Strong written communication and rules of writing.
