Job description:
- Handle customer inquiries telephonically
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Enter new customer information into CRM system
- Update existing customer information
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
Requirements:
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Some experience in a call center or customer service environment (preferable)
- Native or near native Hungarian and English or Russian
