Job description:

• Handle customer inquiries telephonically
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Enter new customer information into CRM system
• Update existing customer information
• Follow up customer calls where necessary

Requirements:

• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• knowledge of call center telephony and technology
• Some experience in a call center or customer service environment (preferable)
• Native or near native Hungarian and English or Russian
