A first line mandarin speaking IT Support Specialist position is open at our continuously developing multinational partner, who is responsible for providing complex IT solutions to their clients all around the world. As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for the following tasks:
– Keeping daily contact with international clients via phone and email
– Resolving IT related issues by finding the best and easiest solutions for upcoming problems
– Follow up incidents in connection with Microsoft software
– Troubleshooting, resolving and answering support queries or delegating them to a higher level
– Creating reports in order to improve the team�s performance and customer satisfaction
– Track and document customer calls by using ticketing system
– Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
