Job Description

Job Summary:-

    Assist in all functions of Business Development Department and in hotel supply network. In addition, the individual is required to support acquisition, activation and maintenance of hotel relationships, and to coordinate with other departments involved in assigned projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

General

  • Coordinate contracting process with new hotels
  • Train new hotels on how to use the extranet, manage rates and availability on site.
  • Assist in activation of hotels
  • Contract renewal with existing partners.
  • Ensure last room availability and pricing competitiveness.
  • In consult with Market Managers and Assistant Market Managers manage supplier accounts
  • Resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, pricing, vouchers, notification, cancellations, etc.
  • Participate in market and competition research
  • Evaluate production and determine follow up action.
  • Prepare reports as necessary
  • Co-ordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing hotels
  • Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks

Required Skills:

  • Very good command in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong Team Player and goal oriented person.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Education in Tourism related field is an advantage.
  • New Graduates are welcome to apply.

    Hello, I’m job experience revolves around TV production. Nonetheless I have to spend some time in Budapest this year due to family issues and I’m looking for a job there and TV producing doesn’t work with not speaking Hungarian. Spanish is my mother tongue but I’m bilingual in written and spoken English. In my job as a producer I’ve always had to direct the team for the shows and that experience I think, could really help me with the job you offer. I’ve lived in Buenos Aires, Berlin, London and Budapest, as well as Madrid.
