Full-Time Market Manager/Coordinator with fluent European language skills

We are looking for tourism professionals for our multinational client dealing with hotel partners. This person should be experienced in sales and account management with previous exposure in negotiation. He/she is capable of establishing and managing hotel relationships. He/she will be taking care of hotel market and assisting other trade partnership related functions and identify market trend and define potential supply sources.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and contact potential hotel suppliers.
- Manage contracting process with new suppliers and contract renewal with existing partners.
- Act as key contact point for suppliers to maintain relationship.
- Participate in market and competition research.
- Prepare presentations, proposal, and contract.
- Manage all supplier data in distribution systems.
- Manage seasonal rate renewals.
- Provide training of distribution systems for suppliers.
- Regular update on supplier relationship.
- Be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing hotels.
- Co-ordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions.
Qualifications & skills:
- Fluent command of English PLUS Spanish/German/Italian/French
- Previous experience in client negotiations/communication with foreign partners
- Strong Team Player and goal oriented person
- UK/ EU nationals
- Education or relevant experience in tourism related field
- 1-3 years experience in sales/account management (tourism/hotel industry preferred)
- Computer skills are essential
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
