Full-Time Marketing Director
Job Description
Stamegna Retail Management is looking for a creative, and growth-oriented Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique marketing techniques. We would like to work with a skilled marketing strategist who would be able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.
Duties:
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs
- Maintains marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
- Confident, driven and dynamic leader.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively identify, develop and resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes, and reporting.
