Job Description

Brief Position Summary:

Assist Management in developing and implementing marketing strategies for promoting Stamegna Retail Management.

Essential Functions – Duties and Responsabilities:

Marketing strategies – develop and implement marketing strategies (through competition analysis, SWOTS and other basic marketing tools),
Develop initiatives for multiple channels such as direct, online and print channels
Marketing communication – oversee marketing communication for various channels including writing e-newsletter content and marketing material copy
Oversee implementation of marketing strategies ensuring brands are correctly represented in all marketing projects undertaken
Write proposals and contribute ideas to generate more sales

Oversee marketing communication for various channels including writing e- newsletter content and marketing material copy, develop promotional materials including scripts, for direct distribution channels and for online promos
Manage media relations strategies including writing press releases and liaising with media contacts where required
Contribute ideas for advertising content when required

Create flyers
Work closely together with graphic designer and sales team if materials are needed for before and after an event.
Report to top management
Work together with external advisors in case of need.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – Native English Speaking Level
Must have complete understanding of Stamegna Retail Management’s products.
Understanding of main marketing concepts and ability to apply them in plans and strategy.
Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office Products).
Basic understanding creative programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Video and Audio programs is an advantage.
Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing.
Ability to put concept and strategy onto paper and in action.
Marketing Experience on any level is an advantage.
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
