Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager/Marketing Operations Manager with experience in the SME sector who could take over 4 products in different industries (mostly service and real estate).           We seek a creative and strategic thinker, who has exceptional attention to detail, who is highly organized, highly methodical. A strong team player, approachable and reliable, who is able to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects, has exceptional problem solving skills, who is self-motivated and proactive, a demanding personality in terms of expected results from suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of marketing theory, focusing on the strategy, design, execution and operations of the management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation solutions
• Tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses.
• Ensuring our marketing processes are efficient and organized
• Coordinating and managing sales actions, detecting and exploiting sources of optimization or growth opportunities with a client.
• Managing all aspects of the marketing tech stack configuration and administration
• Generating insight to improve campaign performance through reporting and analytics

 

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hungarian and Italian
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sales techniques knowledge
• Customer relation knowledge
• Demonstrated understating of business operations management skills and techniques by references of projects that have been assisted
• Good visual and creating background
