Multilingual Customer Service Representative position is open at our prestigious, multinational partner, who operates a Shared Service Center in Budapest. The company provides a professional working environment for fresh graduates as well and they can offer the chance to build up a career.

As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for provide support and communicate with customers in foreign language via phone or e-mail. Your task will also involve problem solving  and managing customer’s claim.
