Multilingual Speaking Customer Service Representative position is open at our prestigious, multinational partner, who operates a Shared Service Center in Budapest. The company provides a professional working environment for fresh graduates as well and they can offer the chance to build up a career.

As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for provide support and communicate with customers in foreign language via phone or e-mail. Your task will also involve problem solving  and managing customer’s claim.

You are the ideal candidate for this Multilingual Speaking Customer Service Representative position if you are fluent in English and Dutch/German/French/ Italian/ Spanish/ Polish/Czech /Swedish/ Norwegian/ Danish and have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
