Full-Time Multilingual Customer Service Representative (Budapest)
Job Description
Multilingual Customer Service Representative positions are open at our multinational client who operates its European shared service centre in Budapest, which is responsible for supporting the company’s European business activities.
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
– Handle customer orders related tasks and deal with enquiries about deliveries
– Act as the customers account contact with the company, to provide advice on invoices and payments
– Manage an assigned customer portfolio to ensure our customer accounts are working smoothly and overdue payments are minimised
– Ensure the databases of customer details and contractual payments is 100% accurate and up to date
– Resolve any queries or issues that arise from anywhere in the organisation, which requires a high level of ownership and pro-activity
Requirements:
– Fluent English AND FRENCH OR DUTCH OR GERMAN OR ITALIAN OR NORWEGIAN
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Result and quality orientation, strong customer-service mindset
– High motivation and adaptability to changing priorities
– Eagerness to work as part of an international team on a daily basis
