As a Multilingual First Line Analyst your responsibilities will be the following:
· Providing first level IT advice and support to customers via phone and email
· Independently handling and progressing requests
· Escalate cases to relevant support groups
· Completing administrative tasks such as log all calls in the tracking database

You are the ideal candidate for Multilingual First Line Analyst position if you have outstanding communication skills, fluent English and German/Italian/French/Dutch/Polish/Spanish knowledge and excellent problem solving skills. It is also essential to be able to work under pressure and to be open for shifts.
