Job Description
Service Desk Analysts are required for our major global client, operating a Shared Service Organization in Budapest. They are currently looking for 1st line analysts with various language knowledge.
The Service Desk Analyst is aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through a service-oriented attitude. On a daily basis you will be tasked with the followings: handling service requests and incidents in a structured way through following a „best practice” process approach. As a part of the challenging and diverse helpdesk team you will be a key player in direct contact with the customers, having a major influence on business relations through Europe.
To be a successful applicant you need to speak one of the following languages fluently: French OR German OR Norwegian OR Swedish OR Italian OR Russian OR Polish OR Romanian OR Finnish OR both Spanish AND Portuguese. This position requires no previous work experience but an intermediate knowledge of English is essential. Our partner is looking for confident and conscious candidates who are able to work in different teams and are willing to learn new processes continuously.
