Full-Time Norwegian speaking Customer Care Representative /Order management/
Job Description

Tasks:
- Ensuring a timely and accurate response to customers inquiries/requests;
- Responsible for full order management (accurate order placement, order processing; provide tracking information);
- Acting as first point of contact for customers;
- Working closely with the Sales, Planning and Credit Management teams;
- Providing a professional touch in handling clients through exceptional communication skills;
- Understanding local market specifics and following environmental changes;
- Providing support for the Nordic countries internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Bsc or Msc degree;
- At least intermediate level of spoken and written English PLUS Fluent in Norwegian;
- Exceptional communication and strong problem-solving skills;
- Self-starter, customer-oriented approach;
- Good team player, energetic personality;
- Experience and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
