Job description

Primary duties and responsibilities :
– Organise trading activities, lead, motivate and support managers and sales representatives in countries of EU – communication in english language
– Solve problems arisen from business activities, communicate with managers and sales representatives, give solutions and advice
– Organise managers and sales representatives in order to increase sales
– Advertise job offers on local websites in each country in order to find co-workers for team of sales representatives
– Organise job interviews and hiring new co-workers for branch office in entrusted countries – via phone or Skype
– Warehousing
– Administrative work, Daily reports
– Additional work resulting from job + work needed to ensure performance of sales representatives , e.g translating documents and other work given by supervisor.
– The condition is to have a car

– Debrecen, Dunaujvaros
Working time:
– 8:30am – 5:00pm
